“Effective, professional, reasonable and local! The first and most important thing we like about Connor's is that your services work. The chemicals are effective and your pricing is reasonable. Your staff is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. You all treat the inside and the outside each time, and ask if we have had any trouble. I do like that you all send the same representative out because they are familiar with our property and remember where our trouble spots are (each year) and are sure to hit them. I appreciate that your representatives wear protective covering on their footwear so as not to track anything in the house. I like that after each service your representatives take the time to tell us what they did and what they saw. We have been with you all for a few years, since we first bought our house 6 years ago. We tried another company a while ago (because the pricing was supposedly a little better) but we came back as soon as we could because your services, products, and staffing was better and plus you are local. I love that if by some strange happenstance we see a bug of any type in between services (which is very rare), all we have to do is place a phone call and at no extra cost, you come right away to treat for it. You all have gotten rid of ants, wasps, bees and their nests. Our daughters say thank you! When the seasons changed this past year we had a mouse! The first and only one, and you all came and got him too. We recently had an outdoor barbecue birthday party (on 6/16) with more than 100 people, we paid extra to have your company spray the yard (the price was reasonable :) and worth it), and as hot and humid as it was (96 high/73 degrees low), your services worked. No one complained about being bitten and me personally, I only had one mosquito bite and the event was from 4pm - 11pm. Your staff makes it easy to schedule, sends out reminders, and shows up on time and your payment system is flexible. Yes, we are very satisfied with your services and don't mind spreading the word.
