“This Mechanic has kept my 14 year old vehicle running and humming low, like a sewing machine. It all started when I took my car to him several years ago. My head lights would only work if they were on high beam, then the signals started to malfunction. The dealer estimate was $800 I felt that price was seriously inflated. I decided to check a few local garages for a better estimate. This man quote me $289 I couldn't believe it. He explained what was wrong, the parts he needed and the amount of time it would take to install it according to mechanics labor book. This was my first experience with a mechanic that was that open and honest (who was not a relative). He keeps all of my cars working smoothly. If you're looking for someone who knows what he is doing, honest and always does a great job. Give him a call. He is a great mechanic and he will give you a fair honest price for any repair.”

“Possibly the most honest place you can go for car repair. They just don't have time to break your car, just to have you show up a week later to fix something else. They are just too busy doing repair work on your vehicle. Every time I go there I'm amazed at the level of professionalism. I have actually gone there and said there's something wrong with the brakes. I got a phone call later in the day letting me know it's time to pick up the vehicle. How much is it going to cost? There's nothing wrong with your brakes, we just dusted them off. That was what was causing the noise. That's the type of shop this is. I remember when I first started going there, I had a brand new Subaru. It needed some repair, as it was just outside of warranty. They were honest enough to say that they were not particularly familiar with that particular car, and I would have a better deal taking it to the dealership to have them do the repair work. That blew me away! I did not find this establishment at random. Having just moved to Virginia Circa 1992, I asked my brother who was a mechanic by trade how do I find a good repair shop. My brother was living in Colorado and I wasn't sure where to go. He said, look for a garage that has lots of cars out front, two or three hoods open, and an office in disrepair. I know they don't want you to know this, but back when they were a single Bay facility that's exactly what I experienced. What you see me for you right now is the expansion of Mullins garage. This was during the early 2000s. You sensually, the transmission shop off to the right was where the original shop was. They just needed more room because they were just getting more business everyday.”

“Realized I had a punctured tire about 5:30 on Saturday night as a snowstorm was beginning. I work at the local Hospital and am essential personnel, so I have to get to work. Website indicated they closed at 6, so I called to make sure they could help if I could get there. Tech that answered the phone could not have been more polite and accommodating. Once I arrived about 5:45, they got me in and luckily were able to patch me up. The Techs I encountered were very professional and courteous even though it was so close to closing. I also had an opportunity to chat with the Manager of the account while waiting, and was really impressed with his experience and level of engagement with both the customers and his Team. My only regret is that I do not remember everyone's specific names for recognition. The level of service I received seems to be such a rarity in the service industry these days. Thanks for all the help, and I will definitely return.”
