“They sometimes close from midnight until 1am to wash floors. Maybe Christee was not allowed in during this time. This town doesn't seem to be prejudice to the point where a black person would be turned away only because she is black. I give bathroom cleanliness 2.5 stars because trash not emptied and it seems somebody came in with soiled muddy shoes in both women's and men's rooms. Food area perfectly clean. Store clean. Get supplies here for your car and for your comfort like oil and neck pillows. Joined with a Dairy Queen and Shell gas station. Buy beer, cigarettes, ice, coffee, cappucino, fountain drinks (all sizes 79 cents), & lottery. ATM, EBT/SNAP.”

I put that in quotes because she was NOT that pushy, slimy sales person that you run in to at some of the larger dealerships. She actually listened to what my needs were, and then kept me within those needs. I got a great car, for a great price. I took the time to read up on the car that I was purchasing, stalked people on the street and in parking lots who had one, and knew my stuff - including the CarFax. Great place to buy a car!”

“My husband and I had been searching for a replacement vehicle for our Dodge Durango that we totaled. We looked at several other dealers in the area but we were blown away with Universal Auto Sales!! Sam met us with a smile and a wonderful attitude! He was very honest and had great knowledge on all the vehicles on his lot! We really loved that he was not a pushy sales person as well. “I cannot say enough about the gentlemen of this shop. My wife, daughter, dog and I caught a big break with our 99 Jeep Cherokee blowing the radiator just 10 minutes from their shop. I was able to make it to the shop and he quickly saw the crack in the radiator. I let them know that I was on my way to NY from NC for Thanksgiving. These incredible guy put me at the top of the list, but gave me an up front flat rate of 150 labor plus parts and antifreeze. In about 2 and a half hours my family was back on the road for a total cost of just over $300 (a great price for any radiator replacement, none the less one done in a hurry). While I hope I don't break down on i95 again, if I do I really hope that it is by Paz Auto Repair! It is so clear that these gentlemen are willing to go well out of their way to take care of people, not exploit a situation to make a buck (I very clearly let it be know that I would pay what was necessary to get back on the road quickly).”

“I agree with all of the reviews above. My husband and I and now our grown children have been taking our vehicles to Eugene for years. We live in Colonial Beach which is about an hour drive to his shop but it is worth the drive to have a mechanic that you can fully trust. This is a family owned business and they are some of the most honest people I've ever encountered. Rest assured that if they tell you that you need some work done it is because you truly need it. very reasonably priced . We have bought a few sets of tires from them. I.'d recommend Eugene's tires to anyone.”
