She seemed to be a master of "knowing what people want" before they do, which helps in situations like these. She walked us out to show us some examples which quickly solved our dilemma! “New Review: I came back to leave another review. A new guy came and finally fixed the issue. I DID leave a voicemail, but the person who called me was very apologetic and they were quick to come remedy the issue. The guy said he would talk with his boss about getting the dry wall fixed, but in all I am now at least happy they came back and fixed the leak. I would suggest making having your plumbers make sure the leak is completely fixed before leaving by running the water for a good amount of time. In the mean time I'll be waiting on a call back about the dry wall. Thank you for coming back and fixing the leak. Previous: If I could give 0 Stars I would. The guy came to my house, First of all the guy was rude and gave little information on how the dry wall would be fixed. He had no paper work and was unprofessional. He claimed he fixed my pipe leak, but the moment I cute shower on Upstairs water was once again ON MY KITCHEN FLOOR DOWNSTAIRS. I have called and left voicemails, No RESPONSE. I HAVE CALLED AND GOT MY CALL IGNORED AND SENT STR8 TO VOICEMAIL. I'D NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AND ILL MAKE SURE ALL OF MY HOMEOWNER FRIENDS KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!”
