I can’t explain how important it is to be welcomed by a team of folks that make it clear up front they’re there to listen to your needs and then deliver... The turn around time for the work on my Phoenix 920 (literally with one week before BASS open on Norman), was superbly fast and I was super impressed.
Special thanks to Thomas and Richard and the entire crew in which I didn’t get all their names.
They even found issues I didn’t realize I had with the Merc and handled as well!
