The front desk staff is SO sweet and welcoming. I used to go to a different OBGYN & after my recent visit here, I decided to officially switch to this doctors office for all of my appointments! “I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 5 years for various reasons, but the primary reason was each one I tried treated me with disrespect and a complete lack of compassion. I needed to be seen by a dentist and I did a lot of research on Dr. Swanson and his practice. I have been to him for 5 visits. I had to have several procedures and after discussing options I went with conscious sedation. I was worried about the entire procedure. The wonderful staff repeatedly reassured me that they would take good care of me. Dr Swanson even spent time with me in a consult on two separate occasions to go over everything and answer all my questions. Everything went very well and I am so grateful to everyone at Southpoint Quality Dental for their caring, compassion and technical expertise! Every single person who worked with me was genuinely nice, caring, and very well trained to do their job. I feel everyone went out of their way to take good care of me.
