(November 12, 2023, 10:41 am)I took my dog in for a routine blood draw and they took it from his neck and he collapsed and died. Then they lied about what happened. Dr Laura made every excuse in the book except going to look at my dog's record to try to determine what happened. She told me he collapsed in the kennel in his own record that they sent me it says he collapsed in the tech arms. It could not have been both. She won't even apologize for the two variations of stories knowing that my dog never made it to the kennel. She's a traitor to my family.

(December 15, 2018, 12:54 pm)My family took our 12 year old dachshund, Rocky, here to have some dental work done. Rocky has a heart murmur, and we were extremely worried about having him put under anesthesia for the procedure. The staff at Loving Touch took extremely great care of Rocky, and 28 extracted teeth later, he is happy and healthy. Dr. Laura and every staff member we came into contact with was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. We will be trusting Loving Touch with our pets for years to come.

(May 4, 2018, 6:25 pm)love this place, my cats (all 5 of them) love it too. just had some surgery done on my cat (teeth pulled) he's acting like a different cat (in a good way) he's so happy now. it's also very affordable and everyone is very nice. even though it's a long drive for me, it's well worth it.

Very friendly and professional. Their genuine concern for every animal that comes in there for any reason is refreshing and valued. I had a good experience at this hospital. I loved the doctor (can't remember her name). My dog hurt his leg playing in the snow.
