“I called Shorty's garage and said I, needed an inspection. To my surprise I was told Yes, we can do it! This is during a time when most places are overwhelmed with everyone trying to get their inspections completed before the end of the year. Some places could not fit me in their schedules or told me to try by 8:00 am Saturday. Even then, there were customers ahead of me. Shorty's took my car immediately and were completed before I could even get comfortable. Great, fast service.”

“Timeliness: He was here much earlier than I expected (window of 8am -noon but he was here at 8:10am!) which is great if you have to go to work! I forgot to ask for his name (my bad!) but he was very professional, knowledgeable and very fast in resolving the problem (clogged toilet) and also fixed another problem I didn't know existed (water filling the tank at a snail speed and he changed it and the difference is staggering!) Price-wise, they are the most reasonable ones compared to all the others I've called and asked a ballpark. Overall very happy! I hope to not have any plumbing issues in the near future but if I do, I'll definitely call them! I recommend them to anyone, hopefully they'll keep their prices reasonable because the more popular one business becomes (because of great reviews as a result of a great job done), the more their prices tend to skyrocket! lol. Who said you have to pay more when their service is as good as those who'd charge you double?? I just hope they'll keep it up, price-wise and professionalism-wise.”
