The owner Keith was so nice and was so helpful about my work I needed done on my truck OH BY THE WAY did I mention he was the DIESEL Mechanic for FORD? The whole staff was very friendly and the Dr. actually took the time to ask questions and explain things to me and what she was going to treat me for. This was a bit of a drive from my house but it was worth it.”

“I called Shorty's garage and said I, needed an inspection. To my surprise I was told Yes, we can do it! This is during a time when most places are overwhelmed with everyone trying to get their inspections completed before the end of the year. Some places could not fit me in their schedules or told me to try by 8:00 am Saturday. Even then, there were customers ahead of me. Shorty's took my car immediately and were completed before I could even get comfortable. Great, fast service.”

Seriously I would have given five stars just because of how polite they are, HOWEVER make sure you ALWAYS check your food at this location before driving away! 8 out of 10 times it's not your order or it's missing something OR something is added for free that is not yours. I feel bad mentioning this because they are all so sweet and really try to do there best, they even go above and beyond for me at times! I am picky about my salad and what I want and don't want on it, they have, on multiple occasions made my salad to order in the specialty way I want it AND they are nice about doing it. They don't do it begrudgingly or because they have to but because they have great customer service! I also ALWAYS ask for 3 extra dressings AND 1 extra pack of pecans, which I'm fine with having to pay extra but they always decline and say no it's okay. What a great Wendy's! The food is always fresh and quality is definitely on point. Just check your order to make sure its correct, small price to pay for all the positives I can say about this location. We all make mistakes. :)”

“Me and my family stayed here for about a year. The manager Dvesh helped me and my family in a time of need while I was going thru a divorce. Jenna was the upmost greatest desk supervisor for us and my kids the time we were. Shout out to Sin for making sure I was taking care if in anyway he could help, he was all for helping me thru my sorrows that bad time for me personally going from having everything to becoming homeless with children..it was scary. And lastly Mr Smitty, that's right, you Mr Smitty lol. Him and his wife were so gracious to me and my family. I remember first moving there right before the winter of 2017 and I didn't have any winter gear. Mr Smitty made sure he got me coat and anything else I needed to help me make it through winter time. He was a bit if a grouch at times but I no he meant well. Dvesh (if I spelled it wrong, my aplologies) gave me a welcoming new Jr into this world to help lightin the pressure in my mind. If only u new how far those few dollars helped us make it to afford the last night there. What an experience. Just want you all on that team that was there with me, that I deeply appreciate you all, u have a forever love in my heart for you all and your families and I hope one day to return the favor guys.
