“I came in 15 mins prior to closing to get a new battery for my watch and to have my necklace repaired. One of the rhinestones fell out, which I brought with me. The associate informed me of how easy it is to repair the necklace myself using glue to set the rhinestone back in place. If I had them do it, they would charge me a small fee, which was reasonable. I chose to do it myself since I have glue at home. Five stars for your integrity! I will definitely return in the future.”

“I have been buying artwork and frames from the Art and Framing Center for a while and have always been above and beyond pleased with the quality of work they produce and customer service. They also will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy. I had custom framing on several book prints that did not look as good in frames as in the bound book. They re-framed all 6 at no additional cost with a swap-out product. I will only go to them with all my framing needs or any purchases of "art quality" oil paintings and prints as they carry a lot of well known artists. If you want customer service that puts the customer first above all else, I highly recommend the Art & Frame Shop in Stafford!”
