“Jody provided great customer service and quality work in a very timely and attentive manner at an excellent price. We had been having issues with our furnace, we reached out to Jody and scheduled an appointment for two days later (he offered sooner but our schedule wouldn't allow), he came out addressed the situation and got it up and running same day. There was a secondary issue that did not arise until a few days after the appointment when he got it running. We reached out to him and he came by same day to check it out, offered a solution (as an alternative to purchasing an expensive part that may or may not have been the issue). He got it up and running again with his solution temporarily. When we reached back out he again came out same day, got the part necessary and got it up and running. It has been running properly for a month since. Jody never charged us for the additional trips he made that could have been avoided if we had chosen the parts route the first time, that being said, he offered a tremendous by allowing us the opportunity at a cheaper solution first by not threatening the additional trip costs (a tactic that larger, less personalized service type of HVAC contractors require). As a contractor who has worked on residential projects for 10+ years I can say that Jody is my go-to for quality, honesty, cost-effectiveness and great customer service. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done from a basic service call to a full installation and/or replacement.”
