When a friend needed assistance in selecting an ideal vehicle for their needs, we decided to visit AutoHub after finding a potential option to consider purchasing. Admittedly, my friend was not prepared and lacked basic knowledge and understanding in what to provide to complete a successful transaction.
That being said, the AutoHub team was able to provide a positive experience to in aiding our needs. Throughout our time there, a lot of time passed during the final stages regarding finances. There was a lot of patience involved on their end, and I'm appreciative for that understanding.
One year later in July 2022, the 2017 vehicle has been given daily use with a short commute, and minimal issues only concerning general maintenance has been needed.
We had a GREAT experience here! Alberto was amazing, so helpful and we really felt like he cared for us as customers. We had an immediate need for a vehicle and even though their inventory didn't have what we needed at the moment, he went above and beyond to advise us and to help us make a solid decision. This really impressed us and showed that he is a trustworthy and extremely down to earth guy. Not pushy like other managers we have experienced. He will be our first call next time we need a car. Highly recommend!
Alberto helped me get my new challenger. This is an amazing place to come and get a car. They have great service and a great detailing service. Everyone is super nice and talkative. They make you feel super special and they take care of you like family
My experience at AutoHub Center was extremely smooth pleasant and easy I highly recommend ALBERTO sales manager. He was extremely knowledgeable and customer service was extremely important to him, I know because I work in the customer service industry. I think it’s really important to acknowledge people when they do a great job not only when they do a bad job. They have some fantastic cars and I was in and out in 45 minutes.
