Kathy is by far one of the best agents I have ever met, she values her customers, and knows how to make sure they are covered correctly and always available to speak with.

Our experience has always been positive. Our representatives do their best to get us the best deals which is always appreciated. After going to Allstate for just our Homeowner's insurance, we later bundled both of our cars because it was a much better value than our previous insurance carrier. They did a great job explaining everything to us and making sure we were happy with our coverage. They also call for our birthdays which is so nice of them!

If you're in the market for insurance, i definitely recommend Kathy and her staff. Kathy recently took over Victor James' office and the transition has been so smooth. I was able to come into the office and meet everyone and was offered coffee with a complete policy review to make sure I understood exactly what I had. Her team is always there when I need them and she has made sure to address all of my needs. I look forward to many more years with Allstate.
