“I had exterior damages to my home due to a winter storm that happened earlier in the month. After having had a bad experience with the contractor my insurance company recommended, I reached out to Shaq. He answered my call and came and inspected my property the same day. He walked me through the claims process and explained the damages he saw and what needed to be done. He was thorough and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He followed up with me again the next day and was responsive to all of my questions prior to scheduling repairs. This is my first time having to go through something like this and he made the entire process very smooth for me. Out of a large handful of contractors I have been in contact with over the past several weeks, Shaq was the most courteous, professional and responsive of any of them. “Caterina was so very knowledgeable and helpful to us. We were quoted approximately $2400 by a local interior decorator for a drapery project we were working on. All we wanted to do was extend our tabbed drapery panels out to 3.75 inches. The decorator told us we needed all new finials. We were able to purchase post adapters/extenders from Pate-Meadows and use our existing knobs for about $350. We had a few technical issues at first but through phone calls and emails, Caterina walked us through them. Very happy we found them!!”

I was able to get an appt on the same day I called and my denture was repaired like new within an hour!!! He also corrected a problem I had with my implants. Can I say he’s absolutely amazing!!!
