“Moved in to Silver Celebrate over 2 months ago. After selling a beautiful home we had lived in for 28 years. I was a little uncomfortable thinking about moving into an apartment. I must say, my wife and I absolutely love it here. All the staff is great, complex is new and very well maintained. Communication with tenants is wonderful. Clubhouse is awesome !!! Glad we chose this place to live. You will not find a nicer place to rent”

“The place is amazing to my boyfriend and I. Big community so there is a lot to do with friendly neighbors. The outside could use a face lift but they are working on it. Safe neighbor, spacious apartments. I have seen deer and a groundhog by my building so there are also wildlife perks too hah! The office has been easy to work with, very reasonable and understanding, and respond within a timely manner. The rent is on the lower side for the area but the units do not look cheap!”

“Stayed here 2015-2018. Can’t really think of one complaint. Nice quiet place to live. Right next to Walmart and a few other stores. Management was nice. Dealt with Connie most of our stay here and she was always nice and pleasant. Pest control comes once a week, maintenance always came in a timely fashion and paying the rent online free of charge was a nice touch. Walls are a little thin but community is very family friendly. The property is kept up and parking was never really an issue. Highly recommended this place.”
