“I had a flat tire of all days it was on Valentine's Day ???? In front of Trader Joe's. So I called Honda and they sent a man out right away . They were more concerned about my safety instead of my flat tire . The first thing the woman said to me on the phone is " are you alright and are you safe " And do you have anybody with you. " That touched my heart. in fact the man had two calls ahead of me and he took me first . He got to me fast . I felt safe . I knew as soon as I saw him ,that everything was going to be ok . He said " that he couldn't let me sit in that parking lot all alone ". He fixed my flat . He was Very professional and treated me with such respect. He was so kind to me . A gentle giant . Thank God for Honda Service .”

“Timeliness: He was here much earlier than I expected (window of 8am -noon but he was here at 8:10am!) which is great if you have to go to work! I forgot to ask for his name (my bad!) but he was very professional, knowledgeable and very fast in resolving the problem (clogged toilet) and also fixed another problem I didn't know existed (water filling the tank at a snail speed and he changed it and the difference is staggering!) Price-wise, they are the most reasonable ones compared to all the others I've called and asked a ballpark. Overall very happy! I hope to not have any plumbing issues in the near future but if I do, I'll definitely call them! I recommend them to anyone, hopefully they'll keep their prices reasonable because the more popular one business becomes (because of great reviews as a result of a great job done), the more their prices tend to skyrocket! lol. Who said you have to pay more when their service is as good as those who'd charge you double?? I just hope they'll keep it up, price-wise and professionalism-wise.”

They actually had it done early but I had to bring it back to check on a lingering issue. I was impressed when they offered me a rental car at no expense to get the additional repairs addressed. All of his work was performed over the holiday season and they upheld their commitments. I rarely write reviews and highly recommend them for any body / collision repair work.”

We would highly recommend his service is high level fast & friendly.
