I honestly didn’t expect anything to be done since they’re a smaller company, but they immediately sent me a replacement that arrived within just a few days. I haven't been to the store but I came across A. Dodson's website on Google and placed an order with them online. The order arrived within 4 days and everything was just as described and as pictured on the website. I'm Super impressed with the customer service. They have definitely earned my loyalty.

I ordered a coffee mug online from A. Dodsons and upon the first use, it cracked and they shipped me another one at no charge and right away. Very satisfied with their customer service and response. Highly recommend shopping their store.
