(September 28, 2021, 6:07 pm)My flight got canceled this morning and I had to make plans to drive to Michigan instead of flying. Charles and Nickie were so wonderful and kind to stay later to assist me even though it was after 5:30. I cannot thank them enough for providing the information I needed and I am very grateful for their help. They are awesome!
