Virginia Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center

I have been very impressed with Virginia Dermatology. The staff, nurses, NP's have been so nice and have always answered any concerns. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. As a former sun worshipper, I needed competent doctors to keep my skin cancer free.

A thoroughly professional office, prompt and courteous throughout my visit. In addition to being very knowledgeable and helpful, the personnel I interacted with were truly interested in me and were kind, qualities often missing in other medical settings. I felt valued as a person.

The entire staff at VA Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center is 1st class. They are attentive, caring and genuinely interested in you as their patient. Everyone explained their part in the procedure, engaged in everyday life conversations and were the most polite and professional medical group I have encountered. Other medical facilities in the area could learn a great deal from this group.

Very pleased with the doctors and staff as they perform there duties to help the people they are doing a great service for. I have had 2 places on my back and neck taken care of and know that it's only the beginning of work that I will have to go through but I do look forward to getting these things taken care of and have the greatest of confidence in their abilities to take care of me. They make me completely comfortable and I think of them as family.

First visit was an excellent experience from the moment I walked in. Crystal at check in was very cheerful and welcoming. Taken to exam room at exact appointment time by very friendly and professional nurse, and can't say enough positive about Lorie Conza, Very friendly, caring, professional and fun sense of humor, she took time with explaining findings as she checked areas, addressed all concerns and more.
Office is very clean from waiting room to exam room.
I highly recommend this office.
