I am way overdue for a review of this place. I just had an exam for my fifth year as a patient and customer at Enochs.
Every experience has somehow been better than the previous.
The office is very clean and organized. The staff is top notch! Educated and experienced, they know what they are talking about and are the utmost professionals. Polite, pleasant and patient. Everyone knows when you get a full exam it takes a while. It just does. My appointments here have always been efficient. From check-in, to completing each portion of the exam, to ordering glasses, their team seamlessly hands you off to the next team member, they take great care of you and get you out the door. I really appreciate the customer care I receive. I have some special medical factors and it is always clear to me, the doctor always takes the time to review my history and ensures I understand my status and my care plan. The customer service, professionalism and care at Enochs is EXCELLENT! From the staff at the front desk, to the doctors, especially Dr. M, the people checking you out and the eyeglass technicians, especially Melissa.
