Duck Thru

Duck thru is a new modern shell gas station.

Went to Duck Thru and wanted to place an order for hot food. It was 5 minutes til closing of the hot food service. I was ok with that wand just was prepared to get something else. That’s when Mr. Andy said hey you were here before 7 so place an order at the kiosk and I did. There was an African American young lady who had an issue with him preparing food for us because it was 7pm. Mind you I’m African American as well. Mr. Andy needs to be recognized for his outstanding customer service and patience. The others need just a little more training on customer service. Thank you Andy you ROCK. I’m only giving 5 stars because of Andy

I stop here regularly. It always seems to have really good customer service. When the staff isn’t being extremely friendly, they are still courteous if engaged with. Things almost always seem to move fast and when it doesn’t it’s only because of a customer being difficult not the staff. Food is good. Fuel is cheap. Place is clean. Honestly I am convinced most of these one star reviews are those customers I described. Don’t be fooled, most people with good experiences don’t take the time to review. On the other hand, the ones that complain about service at a fuel station are almost always to some degree at fault for their own experience. Almost. But not always. I recommend this place as a preferred fuel station.
