Omg where do I begin? Writing a review is not sufficient. I could write a book about the services I received from Clarence Ash and the Crocker Funeral Home staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my dad had a beautiful homecoming celebration. He looked as if he was just sleeping. I was well pleased with their honesty, professionalism, love and consideration for my family. This is now my family's funeral home. God forbid they will be in charge of my homecoming service as well. I've already discussed with my family that NO ONE is too touch my remains except Crocker!!! I ❤Crocker Funeral Home!!!

I was met with a very challenging situation given my mother passed on to glory during the COVID pandemic. Losing mom was heartbreaking, but the empathy, professionalism and extra efforts extend by Derek at Crocker Funeral Home made the loss of my mom a bit more bearable. Because I was a customer care manager in my prior professional life, I set the bar high on customer service. Derek didn't meet my expectations, he exceeded them. Trust me, if you are seeking an exceptional funeral home you are doing yourself a disservice not to seek Derek at Crocker Funeral Home. He was responsive, caring, professional and genuine during a time where I was in need. God bless you Derek and thank you for making a difficult time in my life more bearable.

The funeral home did a good job with my son. But however the ushers that were at the doors were from the funeral home were very rude to my family and made them stand in line with everyone else and wouldn't let them in. I was very upset when I found this out. They need to be trained on how to handle family when they are in pain and hurting from their loved ones passing on, VERY unacceptable. I would never use them again for that reason.

Mr. Hill transported my mother from MD to Suffolk, VA expeditiously. Ms. Johnson had my mother looking so beautiful. The Crocker staff are so professional and caring. I felt their sincere empathy and not because it was a part of the job. Derek Bryant should've been the lead funeral director. He's extremely professional, coordinated everything perfectly. I highly recommend Crocker Funeral Home.

They are compassionate and meet all your needs. I would recommend them to anyone.
