While very busy (got there 15 minutes after opening and there were already 19 people in the waiting room) the staff were friendly and efficient! I didn’t feel rushed by the doctor and he took time to talk to me and actually listen to what I was feeling and explain why he was providing medication and how it should help me. I was out in less than 3 hours and, again considering how busy they were, that was impressive!
Checked in an hour before closing with a sick baby. Though they were crowded every staff member was pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned. They were very thorough in testing and reviewing symptoms to ensure nothing was missed. The prescription was even called in to a pharmacy that was open after 8 pm (which many aren’t anymore). So appreciative that the script was called in promptly after the visit ended and was filled before heading home. Overall a dreaded experience was very pleasant and for that I’m so appreciative and I wanted to say thank you all!!
I could not have hoped to be in a better place as I was feeling ill and not quite sure what it was about. The staff was wonderful everyone was patient and kind. Even though they were short one doctor they did their very best to care for the patient each in their own time. Not only were we notified in the waiting room that there was a doctor short they also just gave us alternative places to go and apologize for the length of the wait. Kind, compassionate, patient and anything else that you could add. Thanks so much, Rose Nichols
Visited on 10-23-22. The waiting room was pretty full, and we were told the wait was 1 1/2 to 2 hours. While waiting my husband's sugar dropped, and Nurse Sharon was quick to respond and provided glucose to get him back into a safe zone. Dr. Sotosky saw my husband about 2 hours later. While waiting in a doctor's office is never fun, everyone we encountered here were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating from the employees at the front desk to all the health care staff.
