(September 9, 2020, 1:46 pm)We are getting ready to enter Harborview and there was an issue on the care level for myself. After speaking with Jennifer in Sales and Debbie in Nursing, the issue was quickly resolved and I am very happy with the results. Since the very first time we sought help here, we have be treated like family and feel totally comfortable with our decision to locate here in the coming days. We believe that it will be a GRRREAT place to live, now and in the future, with all the support that we will need.
(August 18, 2020, 2:02 pm)Mom really likes Harmony, moved in during Covid and it all went smoothly. Great, updated, sunny apartment, loves the meals, staff and new friends. Rehab staff, Alicia and Clair, have improved Mom’s quality of life. Harmony gives me ( daughter) peace of mind.
