At Verizon store on College Drive, Suffolk VA Courtney helped me get a new phone and was superbly professional in all aspects of the transactions, both technical and human. She juggled a lot of issues in a demanding CVD19 environment and was pleasant, knowledgeable, focused, quietly steady and extremely competent. Worth the wait in a lightly staffed store.
