After having an awful experience at another ambulatory surgery center I was hesitant coming here to have a procedure done. After leaving here I was reaffirmed at how bad my experience at the other place was. Every interaction I had while at Lakeview was nothing but professional, caring and compassionate. Check-in, the nurses, the anesthesiologist and the doctor were above expectation. Thank you Lakeview Ambulatory Surgery Center!! I appreciate the care and compassion that you all showed me. I took one star off because I wasn't brought into the procedure room until an hour after my scheduled appointment time
After a scary experience where an IUD ended up in my abdomen, the Ambulatory Surgery Center was able to take care of me quickly and the staff were all friendly and patient oriented. They called to check up on me and made sure my spouse was well informed of how to take care of me post op.
