Employees are excellent. I had a check engine light on when vehicle was dropped off for an oil change and recalls. I requested to be informed why the check engine light was on and $140.00 later just to diagnose a Beach/Barton Ford still under warranty just didn’t sit well. I don’t blame the staff at the dealership, they were great just a little tweaked about the cost of a scanner that the dealership should provide for Ford vehicles on the service lane in my opinion.
Barton Ford and Tracey always take such great care of my elderly parents when they stop in. I appreciate the honesty and how well they treat them. Tracey makes sure they are up to date on their inspections and always make time to fix their issues (like resetting their clocks). No matter how big or small, they are always pleased with the customer service, the popcorn and my Dad always has to get a hug. A huge thank you for taking care of them!
The sales staff, Randy Bailey, was extremely helpful in getting all the information I asked for. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, all paperwork was ready when I arrived. It was a hassle-free purchase. I am very pleased with the Maverick and suggest to anyone to look it over before purchasing something else. In my opinion Ford has definitely hit the nail on the head with this truck.
Upon arriving at the Dealership I was greeted very politely by the service advisor. She gathered all the pertinent details as for my visit and informed me there were two customers before me but she would expedite me as soon as possible. She said she would keep me informed of my progress and did.
I was next greeted by the Sales manager who showed a personal interest that every thing was going smoothly. Next I was greeted by the General Manager who inquired that I was being taken care of properly. After a few moments passed Mr. Barton stopped and spoke with for a few minutes and made sure I felt every thing was going well. Before the service advisor informed me my vehicle was ready the the Service Manager spoke with me and showed interest in my experience. When I come to Barton Ford for service I feel they always have my best interest at heart. Some Dealerships advertise they want to be your Dealership for life but Barton Ford and Beach Ford really treat you like family and that is why I have relied the past 30 years on them for my transportation needs.
This is my 4th vehicle purchase from Barton Ford. I have throughly enjoyed the interaction with the sales and service department. The last two vehicles I bought where through Randy Bailey, which included the Bronco I just picked up. Randy was on top of everything from my reservation in July 2020 to the ordering in January 2021 until delivery in March 2022. Barton Ford has been a pleasure to deal with and I will continue to go back as I get maintenance and other vehicle purchases.
