Incredible client support!!! Different areas ought to show the Suffolk VA one. Subsequent to leasing a few vehicle rental administrations, I assume I saw as the best one.

I live in Elizabeth City NC, and my truck's water pump left me stranded in a parking lot and in a real bind. I had originally called Enterprise, only to be promised a reservation that the local office didn't have (and wouldn't for 4+ days!).

Saturday, lunchtime comes and goes, and there were simply no options for a rental. And then I stumbled upon Mike Duman Rentals.

The lady at the front desk (Ms. Lyons?) patiently listened to my story and calmed my frustration - and put me in a rental that was every bit as good as what Enterprise could have done (2019 sedan).

Oh. And I got there like five minutes before they were supposed to close.

I had a great experience, and will certainly save the number for any auto rental needs in the future.

Was busy but they got to me quickly. Had my car there and ready to go. Was a very pleasant experience. Rates were awesome. Will definitely deal with them again.

Easy, super easy small rental spot across the street from the larger new car dealership. Rents convenient, mostly up to date cars for reasonable amount on a cash deposit basis with 100 miles free before you pay for a mile. Sweet

Staff is generally helpful but it's a busy office so one must be patient.
Would give a 5th star but they are closed on Sunday and will not accept an auto back for any reason. So a rental just for Saturday night does not exist, one must take the car for Sunday and return Monday.
Otherwise a treat to do business with.
