If you’re looking for a genuine, caring and quality shop this is it. After having my bike at another big name shop (cw) and having a terrible experience (including not performing services I paid for) I came here. They not only got me in and out quick, but also let me know they noticed the clutch may need to be looked at. Turns out the plates were toast and there were some cracks which could have led to even more damage to other parts. Previous shop told me they checked it over and everything was was perfectly normal. Pam even took me back to take a look at the parts and show me all the damage just so I can have eyes on it. They have great caring techs and you always feel welcomed and treated with respect. Anytime me or friends need something done, this is where we’ll be going.

They have good prices and the service work is completed when estimated. I like that they will give you options for parts/tires and provide you with the quality and price information so that you can make a selection based on knowledge. A great place to have your bike worked on.

7/13/2023: I had a slow air leak in my front tire. I couldn't find it, and any bike rider knows that a front tire that is low on air makes steering 'difficult'. Pam and the guys in the shop found and fixed it. I dropped my bike off in the afternoon and it was fixed that afternoon. I think they even cleaned my windshield. Tidewater Motorcycle is The Place to get great service and prices.
