I am so excited to live at The Marq! Moving in this market has been difficult and stressful, it felt like I would never find a place in time. Upon arriving at the Marq and informing Ivonne on my situation she was able to find me a place that worked perfectly for my girlfriend and I! She was able to meet all of our needs and was very attentive, understanding and helpful. Richard was also a big help as he was very patient with us as we took time to tour and take in all that the Marq has to offer. My encounters with the office staff and the beautiful apartments is the reason I leased here!
I’ve lived here for nearly 2 years and I love it! The staff is friendly (from management to maintenance) and will help you with anything they can. The club house is beautiful, gym well kept and the pool is amazing! Did I mention that they are definitely a pet friendly place while always keeping the place clean!!! Great place to live and near a lot of restaurants and 15-20min from the beach! I hope this review helps with your Apt hunting!
I’ve been here for about year and I’m definitely renewing my lease because it’s the best place I’ve ever lived! Everything is always clean from the elevators to the hallways to the gym. The staff is always super helpful with any questions or concerns. Great location right outside of Town Center :)
Been living at the Marq since August 2021, everyone I've met so far is on the friendly side; of course you have the few that you'll find anywhere that insist on looking at you like you're weird for speaking but oh well! Lots of pets in the building, definitely has me considering getting one of my own. The community manager, Ivonne, is super helpful/ friendly/welcoming and is actually who helped me select my apartment. The rest of the team is helpful/ friendly as well; very impressive when they remember names. Lots of amenities here (Clubhouse-coffee bar/kitchenette, small business center, 2 lounging areas with tv's; They've had to limit the hours for safety and due to some residents and/or their guest getting out of hand but I respect it and appreciate the move, in order to maintain the property and "vibe".) They are very prompt in getting pertinent information out to residents- text/email/notices as well as completing service requests. There's also a 24hr gym on site broken into two sections, package lockers, a pool, as well as outdoor lounge space with fire pits and multiple grilling stations, and a pet wash area in one of the buildings. There's also garage parking under each building and storage available to rent, and an open parking lot. The buildings (and select floors) are fob access only, which is great because who wants uninvited/unexpected guest! The layout of my apt is very spacious with up-to-date appliances, high ceilings, washer dryer included!!!,ceiling fans in each room, just a modern feel throughout. Some may say the rent is a bit much, but my safety and being in a great location (if i wanted to walk to town center I could and the highways are right here) with worthwhile amenities is worth it!
