DMV Customer Service Center

This is the best DMV I have been to. They called our number before we even sat down and both the gentleman who checked us in and the woman/customer service rep who helped with our transaction were friendly, helpful and handled our business with ease and speed. Everyone who walked out of here had a smile on their faces. Best DMV ever!

Had to come to this site for motorcycle test. They had trouble with processing the paperwork, but Ms Ashley worked very hard in getting it fixed. She was very helpful and friendly. Made sure she took care of every step personally, and it took several hours to fix.

Visited Buckner VB DMV. Made online appointment. Very smooth process. Arrived early. Appointment line is quick entry. Scan Q-code and enter your info. Your assigned number pops up. Short wait time, quick process. Exceptional service.

Amazing! We were helped in about a half hour of arriving and the service was quick and efficient! I even dropped my credit card by accident and they had it there waiting for me, very kindly. Thanks so much! I have gone there three times in the last couple of months , without an appointment, and the wait time was not bad at all.

I was a bit nervous to come since I thought the lines were going to be super long. However they were actually pretty decent. It seems most are checking in online now so the walk in line is much shorter now. The staff are all really nice and helpful. The wait after checking in is still long, but they play a radio station so at least its not awkward silence.
