While we were on vacation in Virginia Beach, our car wouldn't start on a Saturday night. We thought we were in the clear after a do-gooder helped us with a jump start, but that wasn't the case. Though the car started, the power steering wouldn't work, our displays were flashing... you get the gist. Busted alternator. Daniel at Wicked Wrench took a call from the tow truck driver and arranged for our car to be fixed the next day (Sunday, when the shop was technically closed) since we had plans to leave town on Monday. He went the extra mile to make it happen, picking up the parts late Saturday night so his tech could be ready to get to work on Sunday morning. As he had promised, the car was ready for pick-up before 9:30 am Sunday! Made the 10 hour drive home without any additional problems. Really appreciative of the attention to service to make a stressful addition to our vacation much more manageable! Would definitely recommend!
