Velocity Urgent Care

The woman (M.A.) who ran the front desk (I didn't catch her name) was amazing. I could tell she had been working a long day (she apparently has been working for the last 8-9 days) and yet she was kind, personable, and extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. She is an asset to the clinic.

As a physician myself, it is wonderful to encounter other medical professionals who love what they do and treat their younger patients/their parents with thoughtful, thorough medical care- especially at a busy urgent care center. Keshia Brown is one in a million. The care and treatment she has provided to myself and my family are second to none. I would like to thank her for her excellent bedside manner, attention to detail and compassion, especially during stressful times of acute illness. I certainly hope that she is acknowledged and appreciated for the positive difference she makes in many lives each day.

My nurse & PA were so kind. It was an easy visit and took less than an hour. I'm very grateful that I was well taken care of today. I will recommend this location to all of my family and friends.
