Great place to start and brand your business. Receptionist are very customer service oriented and go the extra mile to accommodate suite owners. Receptionist, mailroom service (mail meter, Fed Ex and UPS supplies for all 3 services), copier services (100 free copies per month),shredding, Wi-Fi, fax and phone services, furnished and unfurnished suites. Free coffee, tea and water in the kitchen area to include Additional snacks and drinks for purchase. There are also two nice conference rooms one small, one large with audio and visual equipment upon request. 24 hour access if needed. The building, conference rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-kept. Most of all Mrs. Gilmartin is just simply amazing with her charismatic bubbly personality as well as her business savviness. College Park Executive Suites is a hidden gem in Virginia Beach.

I love it here and I love Jackie. She's the BEST!!! I would refer CPES to anyone looking for a great office at a reasonable price accompanied by an AMAZING lady. :)
