We got hammered with a broken pipe and extensive kitchen damage from the February 2021 ice and cold storm. From day one, Sully was available to answer all our questions and help push the process along. This was the first time, fortunately, that we've had to suffer through a homeowner's claim, so we were kind of lost. Sully explained the process, in English -- especially the depreciation part of the final claim, something about which the adjustor had completely had completely confused us. With the direct deposit of that amount this morning, this process is finally complete. Sully's availability and help through these 2.5 months made a world of difference. Thanks, Sully and team!
