Mount Trashmore Park

Great place for fitness activities or simply walking. The veil from the hill is beautiful as well. The kids live to run around on top and even run down the hill. Plenty of room to play sports with friends and kids can even view the ducks near the lake.

Family oriented. Nice playground not sure if it's open at this time though. For me its just a nice place to get some fresh air. I have lots of beautiful memories here with my kids.

I come here to get out and skate. I ride quad roller skates and the ground is smooth enough all around (some places better than others) to roll around the lake and enjoy my music and fresh air. Parking is abundant when I'm there as well as getting a good workout even off skates. Outdoor workout equipment is available and a park for children.

Such a great use of public space. Many exercise workout spots with suggestions for all ages. Immaculately clean. Unbelievable if the many ways you can walk a mountain! I always enjoy kids being kids. To see the diversity of families working out, walking, and jogging makes me smile. Nice place for a date or possibly meet someone new. Mount Trashmore has this and more. A must visit should you visit Virginia Beach area.
