I wish I didn’t wait so long to schedule an appointment, because the experience at Chesapeake Bay Pain Med. and relief provided has been 100% worth every needle. I have found the staff to be very professional and friendly. They talk to you through your entire appointment to keep your mind off the procedure. My first experience, I was more nervous, but each experience after was so much easier knowing Doctor Gauthier was letting me know what was going on, what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Definitely helped me to relax and make the experience that much quicker and less painful than you might expect.

I’ve never had any bad experience with this office. The staff is always very nice and treat me with respect as a patient. Yes it is difficult to get ahold of the front desk but if you leave a message they ALWAYS call back. It’s a small private practice and I’m happy they take tricare insurance. As a heads up if you come during lunch hour (even if you’re appointment reminder says to come early) the office will be locked. there’s a bench outside the office but no public restroom.

Kevin Fisher has been our Farmers Insurance agent for years, covering our homes, autos, vacation home, and boat. He always checks in with us to go over our policies to make sure we are up to date with our coverage. After finishing the basement in our current home, he recommended we add a water rider to our homeowners policy, which we did. Without his advice, we would not have even thought about it. Well, 9 years later, we had a water issue in the basement and were so glad Kevin had the foresight to recommend the rider to us. We filed a claim through Farmers on a Friday, an adjuster was out the following Monday, and within 5 days we had check in hand to make the necessary repairs. The claim could not have gone smoother! We can assure you that Kevin has you and your family's best interests in hand. We highly recommend him and are extremely thankful to him!

Dr. Gauthier and his staff are awesome and very professional. I have had 2 epidural steroid injections performed by Dr. Gauthier and each have been a great/pleasant experience. First, the office values your time - you are in and out of the office in no time - no waiting around. Second, Dr. Gauthier is very pleasant and personable. He talks you thru the entire procedure - step by step making you feel extremely comfortable. He is very knowledge and truly cares about your health. I highly recommend Chesapeake Bay Pain Medicine Center for their professionalism and knowledge. I can't say enough good things about this office.
