Earlier today I had the most wonderful visit with Dr. Clark and her staff. From the moment I called to make an appointment to reviewing my post- procedure instructions I honestly do not think I have ever had a better health care experience. The professionalism, respect, politeness, concern and especially the ability to lessen my anxiety and make me feel comfortable, was amazing. During such hectic, difficult and uncertain times, most notably in healthcare and in an industry where you much more often only hear about the negative experiences, I just had to say thank you, to some of the absolutely nicest people I have met in a very long time. Perfect!
