Kru Dennis is an amazing teacher for both kids and adults. He takes the time to give feedback, correction, and encouragement. Class consists of students with varying degrees of martial arts ability and Kru takes the time to partner students with someone appropriate to their skill level. Great family environment... love this place!
Coach Dennis is amazing. I knew nothing about Martial Arts and within a year he whipped me into shape. I loss 25lbs from taking his classes and changing my diet. I’m so happy he Introduced Muay Thai to me and now I can’t live without it. The thing that keeps me coming back is how I feel when I’m done training. Coach Dennis is very patient and has a good way of encouraging you to do better. The environment is friendly and TAMA makes new and old students feel good about coming back.
Dennis is a great Coach both me and my daughter have learned many great skills throughout the years. Having been a weight training enthusiast for many years, I have found I really enjoy martial arts. Its completely different yet the skills you learn here are useful outside of the gym.
