I’m writing this from a bodybuilding perspective.

They have a lot of great machines you won’t find elsewhere and have plenty of free weights, but the salespeople can be rapacious and over-the-top pushy based on who you talk to. Once you get a membership, you don’t have to deal with them anymore.

The place is always very clean, including the bathrooms and floor mats.

They may benefit from swapping out some of the less-popular pieces of equipment for modern-day staples like a hack squat or flat bench press machine.

Tons of quality cardio machines here.

I’m overall really happy to be working out here.

Oh, and they should really get some bumper plates! Hex plates are awful for deadlifting from the floor.
