I gotta admit that I had come to believe that customer service kindness was long dead, but Yaritza showed up to prove me wrong. She had a great attitude dealing with all sorts of obstacles I threw at her always finding a quick and accurate solution to make my experience at getting my insurance policy and rate quick and easy. Even when she had to follow up on documents and details, I received her follow up calls within 10 minutes.
