I’ll embellish this shortly but I’m just delighted that I found Thrive. Under one roof there are PTs and Healers (Chiropractor, Acupuncture, Energy Work, Reflexology and a menu of different massages). I Love this Place. Everyone at Thrive is great. Very special and gifted peeps from the supercool Receptionist and support staff to the wonderful people who provide extraordinary services and procedures. I always look forward to my sessions…. Even PT …which is the best I’ve ever experienced and I’ve put in the time here there and in between… Excellent! Grateful to have found this place…

5 stars. Great people, very knowledgeable and caring….this is the best run PT/wellness/rehab facility I’ve been to, and I’ve had lots of sports injuries so I’ve seen a lot of them. Postural Restoration is real, don’t give up on yourself, Thrive can help you!

I find Thrive to be invaluable. Kim and Matt are kind coaches who listen to their clients needs and tailor exercises to fit those needs. They educate clients on the hows and whys of movement which helps to make the work make sense. The small group fitness classes make strength training accessible and fun. I always leave feeling like I've done something good for my body. If you’re looking for a place to help you increase mobility, gain strength, and improve fitness in a welcoming and comfortable environment, this is it.
