A Bite Of Maine

I've been here several times and will continue to come back for the great food and service. Each time I've gotten the fish & chips. The huge haddock is fried to perfection, I love the crinkle-cut fries and the slaw is adequate. I look forward to my next visit.

Seafood Chowder was delicious and full of favor and seafood, the atmosphere was chill and nice. Now for that Connecticut lobster sandwich , it was good but it was missing something. The pie to me it had no taste of choc maybe it's just me at 720 calories.

Their lobster roll taste better than the one I had in Maine. The clam chowder was full of meat. Get there early if you want a table for lunch. Or better yet, get it to go so you can enjoy the dish in your home. There's a lot of seafood on the menu. I'll be back to try something new. I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

My husband and I absolutely love this place. It's always a treat when we can escape to A Bite Of Maine. We always try to get there early because it's a really small place and sometimes the line can get long. While we were eating we noticed the long line moved pretty quickly. They have improved their serving time so that was a pleasant surprise this time around.

This was the first time we tried the poutine and it was wonderful. The gravy was very rich on top of the perfectly cooked fries. And as always the lobster rolls are fantastic. These lobster rolls are buttery and served at room temperature. The fried scallops were better then I remembered. 😋 We will be back again. Hopefully sooner than later.

Nice local feel. Fantastic service! Even the customers were great! Busy but efficient! We tried their Haddock fish and chips special and weren't disappointed! Very tasty, but not fishy, and light flavor! Slaw was a bit warm by the time we got home but after being chilled it was very good. We also tried the chowder and it was great! Not as creamy as expected but flavorful and chock full of ingredients! A quart easily provided 3 bowls of it and for the price you just can't beat it!
The only thing I would wish for is it being closer to us! We'll definitely try them again and absolutely recommend giving them a try! Can't wait to sample some other menu items!
