Don is a fantastic realtor. When we first reached out to him (referred by friends) we had no idea what to expect with our first home purchase—we weren’t even sure we’d be able to purchase a home. Don carefully walked us through every step of the process, making sure my spouse and I were both in agreement (or at least, a happy compromise) every step of the way. He referred us to an outstanding local lender and helped us partner with an excellent home inspector. Don was warm, friendly, responsive, and very honest. He was careful to ensure we got what we wanted and needed from our home purchase, and helped make the stressful parts easier. He has a great perspective on the real estate business, and a wealth of knowledge and experience that he graciously shares. We have already referred him to numerous friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so. He made our first home purchase a great experience, and his level head and humor are so appreciated.

Don has been my realtor for the sale of several houses I've owned over the years. Now, being out of state, he handled the sale of our house in VB very professionally. He took what otherwise would have been a very stressful, out-of-state-seller experience, and put us at ease with a fully developed network of contractors to take care of the many things our house needed to pass inspection. We would highly recommend him to anyone we know moving to/from the Virginia Beach area.
