You MUST try MAT. Having suffered from chronic pain due to plantar fasciitis, heel pain, ankle pain and weeks of physical therapy with no positive results I was at a loss. With the next step being surgery I figured I had nothing to lose. I've had one MAT session and I am already seeing results. Immediately after the 1st session my right heel was able to touch the ground when I walk (this has not been possible for the past 10 years). My hips no longer bother my when sleeping at night as well as during the day sitting at my desk. I'm very optimistic about future sessions. Michael is very informative about the technique and makes you feel very comfortable during the session. Best $$ I have spent in a long time.
