Ms. Hernandez called based on the review to explain that while there is no excuse, the management has been obtaining bids for a new phone system and will be looking at a better scheduling system in the future. She offered her direct line in the event of any problems contacting the office and will personally meet with us at our next appointment this month. I originally gave a 1 star review to this group because of not being able to get through via phone. I am satisfied at this point with Ms. Hernandez's excellent customer service and look forward to a more professional and stress free experience.”

“We bought our first home last year. After we moved in, we started to see cockroaches coming up our bathroom/kitchen sinks. I never have dealt with cockroaches and immediately started to search for a Pest Control service. Everyone I called were booked up solid for weeks. Others gave me the run around or said this could be a lasting problem and hard to contain. I finally stumbled upon Lady Bug Pest Control. I was almost in tears and frustrated. I was not sleeping at night. I spoke to Charlene, told her my dilemma and explained how afraid I was of these bugs. I loved my new home, but was not happy. She calmed me down and told me a little bit of history in my new area we moved to. It was common to see cockroaches around but they can help with treatment. I felt like I could breath for the first time. Our Pest Control guy came, Charles, two days later. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. But I still had to see if their stuff worked. It did!!!! Since last year I have maybe seen bugs about three times and they were already dead. I no longer creep around my house, I can live comfortably. I highly recommend Lady Bug Pest Control. They come by monthly. They are affordable and they use chemicals that are not harmful to our pets and kids. This last visit I saw we had an ant problem in the back yard. Charles found the ant hill and treated it. They are gone now! I always recommend LBPC to all my family and friends. Now with the COVID-19, they take safety precautions to make you feel safe and social distancing is a must for them. They are reliable and I will be a long lasing customer for years to come.”
