  Awesome cross fit/ninja warrior type gym right on the beach. Not really our style of a workout but is awesome nonetheless. Wasn't crowded early in morning. Wish I would have thought to bring lifting gloves along to make the ropes, bars, and rings easier to handle.

  I'm from out of town. I went biking down the bike trail past Neptune and came across a great work out place. The heck with hotel gym this is best bet for great morning workout on the beach. ????????

  Great rare find for outdoor exercise. There is a tall rope climb, multiple pullup bars, monkey bars and rings. The pullup bars very in height to accommodate most people. I am 6'5" and can hang without my feet touching the ground using the tallest bar. The rings were difficult to use at my height. Great views being on the beach.

  Looking to get swolt on the beach? Suns out, guns out BRO! Got bars for chins, feet-to-bar, tri dips, etc. Well maintained and clean. Also some other equipment to get you Ninja Warrior on.
