“They did a great job finding some sandals I wanted. Great customer service calling another store to find me the shoes. I do wish they offered free shipping. I’m just not used to paying a $12 shipping fee from any store nowadays. Everywhere I shop offers free shipping when they don’t have an item in stock. I also wish they offered military or teacher discounts since again many places around here do and ya teachers love these shoes! A loyalty/rewards program would also be nice. ;)”

“I was greeted with professionalism and patience by Heather this afternoon when I went in to buy my first pair of Birkenstock sandals. She was very friendly and helped me find the right size, noticing immediately when I needed the narrow instead of the standard size. She answered all of my questions and helped other people in the store as efficiently and with the same kindness she showed toward me. The store was clean and orderly, though the hours have changed they are clearly posted on the door. I had a great experience, and I am so glad that I decided to stop in to the store today.”
