This place is good. Got the exact parts ordered. Granted I will say they failed to send my order conformation to my email, didn’t send a shipping notice, nor answer my phone calls because the phone goes straight to voicemail. But over all I got what I wanted in the end and I’m happy with it all. Just need better communication.

A little shocked at the complaints. I fix old gen PlayStation consoles as an odd job on the side and I've NEVER had an issue with this seller in the 10+ years I've been ordering parts. The prices are decent and I always get my items in a timely fashion.

Ordered a joystick and got it 3 days later works great.

Decided to order a cover replacement spent 21$ Got the email for confirmation. Still no update on tracking order been 10 days. I've sent multiple emails and phone calls go straight to voicemail. I don't know why it went well the first time but not the second?

I'll change this review once I get what I ordered.

Edit 10/28/2020:
The distributor had contact me and informed that the item I ordered was out of stock. Apologized for the inconvenience and offered a similar replacement item or a refund. I still wished to get the replacement item (As it was much better than what I picked before) it was sent and received and even arrived 2 days earlier than expect.

I appreciated finally getting a reply to my emails that I had sent (which was a few) and I did state that I would change my review if this issue was resolved. However I won't be giving full stars as the response time did take quite awhile but in the end I got what I ordered and everything was resolved.
