My self confidence has grown abundantly and she filters all my irrational thoughts. She truly is one of the kindest souls and I never once felt she has judged me in the slightest. The best counseling experience I have ever had for sure.
(July 24, 2014, 8:09 pm)Natalie is caring, approachable and a great listener. Her yoga classes are very relaxing and she spent extra time teaching me each poses since I had never done yoga before. I have been using some of the poses and meditations before bed and they really help me sleep.
